• 1 cup Coconut Water
• 1 Cup of Kale (stems removed)
• 1 Cup of Mustard Greens or baby spinach leaves
• ½ Cup Frozen Pineapple
• ½ Cup Frozen Mango
• 1 Whole Orange
• ¼ Cup walnuts
• 1 Tablespoon Raw Shredded Coconut (hand-mixed in at the end) (use desiccated if raw isn’t available)
Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
